Hello everyone :) Today I'm sharing with you'll a very effective skin mask for dull and tired skin.Its more oftenly referred to as an enzyme mask.So lets get working.
What you need ?
Papaya (pureed) - 2tbsp
Honey - 1tbsp
Lemon - 1tbsp
Whole wheat or gram flour (besan)-(As required)
Steps
1)In a bowl mix the honey and lemon together and honey.Let this stand covered for 15-20 minutes.
2)After 15-20 minutes combine this mixture with papaya and add besan or whole wheat flour as required.
3)Apply this mask,and leave it on for 20-30 minutes.Wash off and reveal clear skin :)
Why this will work ?
Okay,basically we use lemon and honey to de-tan and lighten acne scars,so when you leave it for 15-20 minutes,the natural,mild bleaching agent peroxide is released in small quantities which lightens your skin.
Papaya has literally got so many benefits it is rich in antioxidants which makes it a great anti-ageing mask.It has a high water content,hence keeps your skin hydrated.The most special thing about it is ,the presence of enzyme papain which removes dead skin cells and de-tans.
Besan is a natural,gentle exfoliant which is anti-microbial so it keeps acne at a bay.
All in all this is a great way to pamper yourself on the weekends and feel relaxed,use it twice a week for clear,naturally glowing skin.
