Blush Crush - A Guide to the types of blushes available in the market and find your match

Hey Guys !! I hope you all are doing really well :) So I have this new found love stalking the blush pages of all the possible web stores.Blushes are soooo cute and colorful.I might be sounding like a freaking maniac, but that is how it really is.So I have written this post to discuss about the different formulations and finishes and of blushes and which one can help you getting the blushed look you desire.

FORMULATIONS

1)Powder blushes
These are literally the most common blushes available. They're generally n a compact pressed powder form. These are the most easy to apply and real quick. So you could also carry them on the go.I suggest carry any powder blush with a retractable blush brush in your bag so you can add that needed pop of color anytime. These work best for oily skin,so that the powder absorbs the extra oil and stays in place.

2)Cream blushes
Cream blushes are luscious and dreamy in texture. They blend like magic. They only take a little time to set onto the skin and more recommended for dry skin. You could use a makeup sponge to blend it more easily. They are available in a stick form are a jar/pot form.If you are fond of travelling, the blush stick goes a long way,and takes less space. However if you are impatient with blending the jar form is your thing, since it's easier to blend with an equivalent pay-off.

3)Liquid Blushes
Liquid blushes are the most intense blushes and their color lasts all day. These too require more time to blend, but the color is worth it.It can be carried off by dry, normal, and combination skin. There are not many brands that manufacture liquid blushes, but makeup revolution's blush lacquer is really popular.

4)Gel Blush
Although not any are available in India,Gel blushes are sooo beautiful. They're light, they get absorbed quickly, waterproof and a light hint of colour that is natural and not evident. This is going to take your no makeup look to another level !

5)Cheek Tints
Cheek tints are another simple way of achieving a a really natural flushed, glowy look,With the benefit cheek tints topping the charts, they have become very popular in the west for the simple fact that they prefer to use a light flush of colour and moisture(usually they are moisturizing) to give a flushed and dewy look.

FINISH
1)Shimmer
This is the preferred for the evening looks, for obvious reasons. This is going to be giving you that glow and definitely going to turn head if used correctly.Going Ga-Ga over it might lead to you looking like a disco ball,so if you cant really judge take time and build it up slowly. You can fix too little, but not too much.

2)Matte
This one is a safer option,it gives you that pop of color minus the shine. So you can wear it to college or office and look chic. Also a matte blush gives to the liberty to use a highlighter that you definitely restrict using while you're wearing a shimmer blush.

3)Tint
Although this isn't a category, tint blushes are an all new finish. They give a really sheer colour that lasts long and desirable for those who don't like to look made-up.

So this was all for todayyy, hope this helpedand now you can choose what you like and what suits your needs ! XoXo
